SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Bull Street ramp to River Street and parts of East Upper Factors Walk are closed for renovations, according to the City of Savannah.
The closures began Monday, Aug. 24. The city said they expect these areas to reopen on Friday, Aug. 28.
Parking for Vic’s on the River will not be affected by the construction. City Hall, the Hyatt elevator and pedestrian exits also will stay open…
