MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – An investigation is underway in Wisconsin after police arrested three people while protesters attempted to block an intersection.
According to the Madison Police Department, a group of protesters arrived around 7:00 p.m. on Friday in the area of West Mifflin and North Carroll Street.

Shortly after the protesters arrived, they attempted to block the intersection and began painting the roadway.
