South Boulder Avenue and West 7th Street is closed starting Monday as OneOK begins construction on a new parking garage and skybridge in downtown Tulsa.
The company is building the new garage on the southeast corner of the intersection, then constructing a skybridge to connect it to an existing parking garage nearby.
