PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Opening arguments begin Monday for two people accused of murdering a 78-year-old Clark County woman years ago.
In October 2024, Patricia Jimerfield was found dead inside her Lake Shore, Wash., home. Now her 31-year-old grandson, Jordan Sullivan, and his friend, Alyssa Williams, 30, are accused in her death.

Clark County deputies arrested Sullivan and Williams in Vancouver following a months-long investigation. Sullivan is facing a charge of first-degree murder and Williams is facing a charge of second-degree murder.
Jimerfield’s daughter, Stephanie Ayersman, previously told KOIN 6 News her mother was robbed and had filed a police report the day before her death.
