CAMPBELL — A merger of two real estate firms resulted in the purchase of a 348-unit apartment complex in Campbell.
Avalon Campbell, at 508 Railway Ave., was bought for $147.3 million, documents filed on Aug. 21 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.
At roughly $423,300 a unit, the purchase price was above the average price per unit of $404,500 for apartments in Santa Clara County during 2025, as estimated by Matthews Research and Costar Group…
