EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Drivers in Northeast El Paso and in the Lower Valley may see a difference in speed limits on the roads.
The Texas Department of Transportation announced in a social media post that portions of McCombs and Horizon will see a new speed limit of 45 mph.
