EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department’s Auto Theft Task Force (ATTF) is warning the public that stolen heavy equipment from rural and construction sites in California is making its way to the Borderland.
These stolen pieces of heavy equipment have fraudulent VINs and PINs, the Police Department said.
