Charges: Amateur artist posed as UPS worker to steal $80K of art from Minneapolis gallery

A man is accused of posing as a UPS worker and stealing artwork from a painter’s gallery in downtown Minneapolis.

Ricardo Andres Bassat, 56, of Minneapolis, has been charged with third-degree burglary, a felony.
