ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Two new wildfires, each about 10 acres, are burning in the Manzano Mountains Monday.
According to officials, firefighters responded Monday to the Cerro Fire and Blanco Fire on the Mountainair Ranger District of the Cibola National Forest.
Both fires are burning in timber and mixed conifer west and southwest of the Fourth of July Canyon, according to a release. Officials said both showed active growth in moderate winds and dry conditions…
