Rita Wilkinson says she’s the worst cook in her family. That hasn’t stopped the hibachi food truck she and her husband, David, own from expanding into a new brick and mortar location in 5th Street Public Market.
Visitors who order from Kento’s Hibachi Express’ hibachi and sukiyaki offerings can watch as a chef tosses protein, mixed vegetables and rice or noodles onto a sizzling grill before organizing the assortment into a heaping ready-to-eat portion.
