JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A fatal crash previously blocked all northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at State Road 9B in Jacksonville, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported around 5:41 a.m. Tuesday near mile marker 333. FHP is investigating a fatality.
