Valvoline Global Operations To Move HQ To Ohio

In downtown Cincinnati, ValvolineTM Global Operations is establishing new global headquarters with plans to revamp an existing 50,000-square-foot facility. With this move to Ohio, the company will place its executive leadership and global functions in proximity to its largest production facility. The new headquarters will be designed for up to 120 employees.

The company’s current headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky will become its central hub for the Americas region, where more than 400 employees will continue working, focused on supporting growing operations in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

The planned renovation and transition to the new global headquarters will happen over the coming months, with the new facility expected to open in the spring of 2027…
