HARDEEVILLE, S.C. (WSAV) — Hardeeville Police Department detectives arrested a man after investigating a suspected drug overdose and distribution of illegal drugs.
Kevin Maurice Chaplin, 53, known as “Jabo”, was arrested Tuesday on an active warrant from Chatham County, Ga, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Chaplin was charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
