PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is accused of committing several traffic violations in the early hours of Monday morning, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
PBSO says that at around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, Ramon Guzman, 35, received four citations for a series of driving offenses in Palm Beach County. PBSO alleges that Guzman was driving 96 mph in a posted 35 mph zone on Wallis Road near Sandra Lane, which is an excess of 61 mph over the speed limit.
Additional citations allege that Guzman performed a burnout, raced on the highway near Wallis Road and North Military Trail, was driving while intoxicated, and refused to submit to a breath-alcohol test…
