Cogir of Glen Mills Secures $40M Refinancing After Senior Living Community’s Lease-Up

Cogir of Glen Mills has landed $40 million in refinancing, a sign of confidence in the 173-unit senior living community seven years after it first opened its doors, reports Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

New York-based Harbert Management Corp., which bought the Baltimore Pike property for $45 million in 2020, secured the five-year loan from an undisclosed regional commercial bank.
