A $75 million redevelopment project of a decades-old city pool site is well underway in Roeland Park.
Moraine, the redevelopment formerly known as The Rocks, is on track to bring a 287-unit apartment complex and a 3,500-square foot restaurant to 48th Street and Roe Boulevard by the end of 2027.
