SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Hurley man with a history of harassing women is facing new charges of simple assault and stalking.
In the latest case, Greg Farrar is accused of simple assault and stalking. Both charges are class 1 misdemeanors. A class 1 misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail, a $2,000 fine, or both.
Court documents state that on May 19, Farrar approached the victim near the victim’s home in rural Clay County and made several comments about taking the victim on a date. He also asked for a hug and a kiss. After the victim refused, Farrar allegedly forcefully kissed the victim on the mouth…
