The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 3 was $2.7 million for a European-style manor along Prairie Green Golf Course.
The 5,100-square-foot brick house was constructed by Skogen Builders in 2016 on a half-acre lot in The Grand Prairie development. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include three hand-carved limestone fireplaces, hammerbean trusses in the living room, mahogany walls in the library and elaborte millwork and design features throughout the house. There’s also a temperature-controlled wine room.
