Henderson’s Water Street District keeps getting more interesting, and Terminal 4 Bar is one of the newest reasons to pay attention. Opening this August on the second floor of The Coffee Class flagship building at 37 S. Water St. in Henderson, Terminal 4 is a cocktail and whiskey bar built around travel, storytelling, technique, and a little bit of Las Vegas airport humor.
The name is part of the fun. Harry Reid International Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, but no Terminal 4. So owner Kyle Cunningham, the entrepreneur behind The Coffee Class and Almond & Oat, is playing off that “missing terminal” idea by creating a Henderson bar that feels like its own departure point — a place where the drinks are inspired by countries, cultures, and flavors from around the world.
What I like about this concept is that it gives Water Street something elevated without feeling like it has to copy the Strip. Terminal 4 is designed to be local, refined, and experience-driven, with cocktails that use techniques like clarification, infusion, extraction, fat washing, and carbonation. In plain English, that means the drinks are not just mixed quickly behind the bar — they are built with intention.
