CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner was called to the scene of a shooting and flipped vehicle on Cleveland’s east side.
The scene was reported at about 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday near E. 114th Street and Union Avenue.

A flipped vehicle was taped off as part of the crime scene. A utility pole and wires were were also down.
