PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A local stone consultant says not even Superman can save its crumbling facade.
Kenneth Castellucci and his team has done stone work on many buildings in downtown Providence, including the Hospital Trust Tower and several surrounding buildings. He’s also done work on the Guggenheim Museum in New York City.
“I’ve been looking at this building all my life, it’s a gorgeous architectural piece,” said Castellucci. “I’m just a taxpayer saying ‘how are they proceeding with this when the exterior is flawed?'”…
