BROOKLYN (PIX11) — Get ready to jump and wave to celebrate the independence of Trinidad and Tobago in New York City this weekend.
Steelpan drummers and revelers will take to the streets on Sunday, beginning at Church and Flatbush Avenues at 2 p.m. to celebrate 64 years of Trinidad and Tobago’s independence from British rule.
