Convicted ex-Ohio House speaker Larry Householder’s next trial set for March

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The next trial for convicted former Ohio House speaker Larry Householder is set for March on charges accusing him of illegally using campaign finance money to fund his doomed criminal defense in one of the largest bribery schemes in Ohio history.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Kevin Kelley this week ordered that the trial begin on March 27.
