PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A man was arrested after allegedly attacking his neighbor while they were pushing a stroller to help get their kid to sleep, according to the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they were called out at approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday night to the area of Hovey Lane in Liberty after receiving a call regarding an assault. While responding to the scene, officials said deputies saw a vehicle that matched a description given by the witness, and attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
