SAN ANTONIO — A heavily decomposed man was found in brush on the Southeast Side.
The body was found near the 8600 block of Hildebrandt, about 6 to 10 feet from the roadway in brush. The man had injuries to his lower extremities and was believed to be in his 30s or 40s.
“We believe it to be a traffic fatality at this point,” said Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar. “What we know is that a body was found by crews out here cutting grass. The grass is probably approaching six feet tall, so somebody could be standing just a few feet away from that body and never know that it’s there.”…
