KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A trade war between the United States and Canada appears to be bubbling over. Canada warns that Kansas City could be among the areas hardest hit by tariffs announced this week.
Canada’s Chamber of Commerce said Kansas City would be among the top 3 cities in America hurt by a U.S.-Canada trade war.
