WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Valley Center Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help to locate two people who threw water ballons at passing vehicles.
The department said the incidents occurred on Friday, August 21, between 7:45 and 8 p.m., near 69th and Meridian.
