LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — NV Energy customers can now get a closer look at how their day-to-day electricity habits could affect their bills ahead of a major rate-structure change planned for 2027.
The utility has launched a new daily demand customer web tool, an interactive resource designed to help customers better understand how and when they use electricity and how those usage patterns relate to daily demand. NV Energy said an analysis of usage data shows most customers will see lower bills under the daily demand rate structure.
Available through customers’ MyAccount dashboard and mobile app, the tool is part of NV Energy’s effort to provide customers with information and resources to better understand daily demand before its implementation in January 2027…
