JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A local woman has won a lawsuit against a Church’s Chicken location in Midfield after a bench trial this week.
According to the lawsuit and her attorney, Yolanda Jackson was burned by a Church’s chicken pot pie in January 2020 that she ordered in the drive-thru.
