BUFFALO, NY — The Erie County Sheriff’s Office has installed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of security equipment at two county jail facilities.
The upgrades include two whole body scanners, four walk-through metal detectors and four handheld metal detectors, Sheriff John Garcia announced.
