Evans Class Brown is accused in a $3.5 million sweepstakes scam that targeted more than 100 victims, many of them seniors.
According to federal investigation records, Brown, 27, of Coral Springs faces charges including wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering in connection with a scheme prosecutors say caused victims to lose more than $3.5 million.
