Temperatures will spike during the early afternoon hours, potentially reaching 100°. However, by 2-3pm, isolated storms will begin to develop north of San Antonio. Driven by outflow boundaries, storms will develop at random and push south. Odds of seeing rain sit at 40% for most of the San Antonio area. This should bring relief from the heat. Storms will wind down after sunset.
