SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A 79-year-old woman has been reported missing out of Salt Lake City.
LaVonna Partridge, 79, was last seen near 450 N. Chicago St. at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to SLCPD, she has dementia.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Lavonna, you are asked to call 9-1-1.
