In a building where cars were sold and serviced, a new library is preparing to open on North Market Street in Wilmington.
The NOMA East Library brings a variety of services and amenities to the northern edge of Wilmington near residential areas, businesses, and the PAL Center. After a series of “soft opening Saturdays,” a grand opening and community celebration will take place Saturday August 29th.
During those soft openings, visitors have been writing messages of encouragement on a whiteboard in one of the meeting rooms: Reading is Fundamental. I Love to Read. We Love NOMA…
