YOUNGSVILLE, LA. (KLFY) — A Youngsville man faces over 50 counts of of distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexual abuse of an animal, Louisiana Bureau of Investigation said.
Jeremy Scott Bellard, 40, of Youngsville was arrested and charged with one count of Sexual Abuse of an Animal and 50 counts of Child Sexual Abuse Material under 13 years old (Distribution).
Bellard was identified as a suspect during a proactive investigation involving the distribution of CSAM through an online peer-to-peer network, authorities said. During the search at Bellard’s residence on Aug. 25 agents located evidence allegedly connecting Bellard to his charges, officials said…
