Three Southeast Arkansas residents have been appointed to state boards and local government positions by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, including appointees from Pine Bluff, Stuttgart and Lake Village.
Leonard Williams of Pine Bluff was appointed to the Arkansas Minority Health Commission, while Sarah Moore of Stuttgart was named to the Board of Visitors of the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts. Terry Alpe of Lake Village was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Chicot County Quorum Court.
