MILWAUKEE, Wis. — A nearly $900 million plan to build a new criminal courthouse in Milwaukee County has cleared an early hurdle, setting up a key vote by the County Board next month.
The county’s Capital Improvements Committee unanimously recommended moving forward with the Investing in Justice: Courthouse Complex, or IJCC, during its meeting Wednesday.
