MEDINA — The former Yost Sunoco site is moving closer to redevelopment after the city submitted its final report and reimbursement request to Ohio.
Medina Economic Development Director Kimberly Marshall provided an update Monday during the Medina City Council meeting on the property at 426 W. Liberty St., which has sat vacant for several years.
“We did submit our final report to the state of Ohio on the former Yost Sunoco gas station site,” Marshall said. “Once that report is approved, our reimbursement request, which has also been submitted, can be processed for payment.”…
