PLEASANT GROVE – A new team walked on the field this week when the Pinson Valley Indians played the Pleasant Grove Spartans on Friday night, in their first away game. After winning the toss and electing to receive, they steadily marched down the field, and though it didn’t result in a touchdown, they showed a heightened resolve.

With just over seven minutes left in the first quarter, Pleasant Grove handed the ball off for the initial touchdown of this Thursday evening game. Then a couple of minutes later, senior Marvion “JuJu” Foreman caught a long pass from Raymond Howard for the Indians’ first points of the 2026 season…
