Gregory Stewart was acquitted of all charges on Aug. 26 after a jury trial before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey M. Geller stemming from a Jan. 20 shooting at a residence on Gerland Avenue.
Stewart was charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, firearm use in a felony/violent crime, firearm possession in connection with a violent crime, handgun on person, and motor vehicle unlawful taking.
