Fort Mill Town Council broke ground Thursday on Fire Station 3, a 10,000 square foot facility at 1655 Masons Bend Drive that is expected to open in fall 2027.
The station is funded through impact fees and will be built by Leitner Construction of Rock Hill. The land was donated to the town as part of the development agreement for the Masons Bend neighborhood.
