COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A vacant property on Columbus’ East Side will soon become home to 23 new condos the city says will remain “permanently affordable.”
The Broad and Gould Condominiums are being built at East Broad Street and South Gould Road. The project is a partnership between the City of Columbus, the Central Ohio Community Land Trust and Finance Fund.
The two-and three-bedroom condos are expected to cost about $199,000. The city broke ground on the project Thursday and it plans to welcome homebuyers in fall of 2027…
