A Napa County Superior Court jury has acquitted a 25-year-old Santa Rosa man of murder charges in the fentanyl-related death of a Napa teenager four years ago, prosecutors said Thursday.
Alan Jazeel Martinez was found not guilty of murder and the lesser offense of involuntary manslaughter in the death of 17-year-old Monica Flores, according to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office.
