Demolition of three old houses is underway, clearing the way for a five-story apartment building on the east end of Main Street.
The project is planned for a 0.7-acre property at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Street. It is owned by an LLC that traces back to Inderpreet Singh, the owner of an environmental consulting firm near Wilmington.
