2 arrested in Facebook Marketplace armed robberies in Fort Worth

Fort Worth Police said they have arrested two men in connection with armed robberies connected to Facebook Marketplace transactions.

Police said on Saturday, August 15, officers responded to a series of armed robberies connected to those transactions.

Fort Worth Police said in a press release that the arrests were the result of a team effort with Central Patrol, the Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), Directed Response Unit (DRU), FLOCK technology, and Robbery Detectives.
