SAN ANTONIO – UPDATE: The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified an 18-year-old man who died after a shooting at a Northwest Side apartment complex.
Anthony Angel Rodriguez died from a gunshot wound to the torso, the medical examiner’s office said.
