INDIANAPOLIS — The planned grand reopening of ARTSPARK following its restoration has been delayed because of the recent flooding that occurred in the Broad Ripple area.
According to a news release from the Indy Art Center, the facility will now open at Locally Made: Indy’s Fall Fest and Autumntidings on Oct. 17.
Previous reports indicate that ARTSPARK first opened in 2005 but was incomplete due to budget cuts. The renovations were planned to help complete the facility…
