KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — When it comes to building a space that serves both adults and kids, Marya and Courtney Barry felt there weren’t many options in Knoxville. That’s why they decided to build their own place, which led to Little Valley Play Cafe.
Our Noemy Sanchez went to see why families across East Tennessee are quickly calling this a favorite! Inside, you’ll find a Little Valley town complete with a bakery, gas station and grocery store. For Marya and Courtney, building a space where kids could problem-solve and use their imagination was a priority. You’ll also find slides and trampoline attractions, along with puzzles and even toddler-friendly play zones.
And for adults, there’s an opportunity to enjoy a bite and coffee durings kids’ playtime. The owners shared with Noemy that their goal is to create a space where parents can enjoy a cup of coffee while their kids have a space to play.
