NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman was charged with DUI and assault of a law enforcement officer after an incident at Lakeview Elementary School in Nashville.
According to an arrest warrant, officers were called to the campus off Rural Hill Road around 3:30 p.m. Thursday for a report of an intoxicated woman who arrived to pick up her child at dismissal.
The report stated Jacklyn Martin Reha was inside the front office while school administrators had her vehicle parked in the parking lot.

School officials told police Reha was slumped over in the driver seat while waiting in the car rider line. Police said officers observed the 36-year-old had glassy watery eyes, slow and slurred speech, and a staggered unsteady walk.
