SOLON, Iowa — A Solon man was airlifted to the University of Iowa Health Care after being struck by a vehicle Thursday night northeast of Solon, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Brian S. Vincent, 40, was walking east near 4289 180th St. NE when an unknown vehicle struck him about 8:07 p.m., the crash report states.
